Data controller

Data Collected
Depending on what you do on the site, we collect:
- Contact form: first and last name, email address, company (optional) and message. These messages reach us by email and are not stored in our database.
- Quote request: first and last name, company (optional), email address, phone, address, number of bins, comment and attached photos.
- Booking: first and last name, email address, phone, cleaning address, number of bins, collection days, payment amount and status, invoice.
- Cleaning: photos of your bins before and after the cleaning.
Purposes and Legal Bases
We use your data only to:
- Carry out your bookings and keep you informed (performance of the contract).
- Answer your contact and quote requests (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
- Issue and keep invoices (legal obligation).
- Keep the site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
Recipients and Service Providers
Your data is processed by BINOVYA and shared only with the service providers needed to run the service:
- Stripe: online payment and invoices.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Supabase: database, customer area sign-in and photo storage.
- Hostinger: hosting of the site server.
- Cloudflare: routing and protection of the site traffic.
- IGN (Géoplateforme) and geoportail.lu: address suggestions while you type.
Payment takes place on the secure Stripe page. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe: BINOVYA never has access to them and does not keep them.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.
Transfers Outside the European Union
Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare and Supabase are companies established in the United States: some data may be processed there. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
Data Retention
Your personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example invoices, for our accounting obligations).
Customer area
When you book a cleaning, we store your contact details (first and last name, email address, phone), the cleaning address and your bookings. This processing is necessary to perform the contract: it lets us carry out the cleaning, keep you informed and show you the before/after photos of your bins.
Your customer area only opens when you ask for it: there is no password, you access it through a personal login link sent to your email address, valid for 24 hours and usable only once. The photos of your bins are shown there through temporary links.
You can request the deletion of your area and of your data from the customer area, or by writing to us. We handle the request within one month. Paid bookings are kept for as long as our accounting obligations require.

Our site only uses technical cookies needed for it to work: i18n_redirected, which remembers your language, and the session cookies (prefix sb-), which keep you signed in to your customer area. We use no audience measurement or advertising cookies.
